Reporting To: Business Office Manager Position Location: Waterstone at The Circle, Boston, MA Hours: Full-time 8am-4pm, Mon-Fri Duties: Answering phones, greeting visitors, administrative responsibilities, some light filing and computer projects. Works with families and liaisons between department managers. Qualifications: Pleasant, ability to work with others, some office experience helpful. Computer experience a plus. Must be outgoing and personable, good communicator, courteous and have excellent customer service skills. Computer and phone experience required. Some experience in a Senior Living setting or Assisted Living Facility preferred. Dining Room Manager

Reporting To: Executive Chef Position Location: Waterstone at The Circle, Boston, MA Hours: Full-time, 12pm-8pm Weekdays and some Weekends required. Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects dining room, including, hiring, orientation and training of all wait staff; insuring adequate staffing to meet resident needs; coordination of all community special events and functions; insuring overall resident satisfaction with dining services department; participation in community department manager meetings. Requirements: Some experience in restaurant management, banquet or catering experience required. Experience in the Senior Living industry a plus and must have some management experience. Ideal candidate will have experience in managing line employees, an understanding of the dietary needs of seniors and in the community. Must be a high school graduate. ServSafe certification a plus.
