Director of Sales

Job Title: Director of Sales

Reporting To: Jake Quigley, Executive Director

Position Location: Waterstone at The Circle, Boston, MA

Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/wk), schedule must be flexible. Some evenings and some weekend availability required as needed.

Responsibilities: Will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our Independent Living Community. Develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a monthly marketing plan. Evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies. Develops and builds relationships with families, clients prospects within the community and referral sources. This position is an added position working on a team of 2 Sales Directors in the Independent Living Community.

Qualifications: We require a minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in the Senior Living, Real Estate or Hospitality industry. Proven ability to close sales. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments. We require exceptional customer service skills. Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor.
